Sometimes when we get super busy we often forget to stop a moment and take care of ourselves. Part of my personal plan to take care of myself is to READ! In my daily routine I try to add in at least 30 minutes of reading a good book. Here's an article that explains the benefits of reading everyday!

Another thing that we forget to add to our daily routines is exercise, adding 30 minutes of exercise to your day may sound daunting but it's only 2% of your day! 30 minutes of exercise five days a week is what I'm aiming for this semester.
